Redevelopment Project on NE Corner of Victoria and Grand

• The Summit Hill Association held a community meeting on the possible redevelopment of the NE corner of Grand & Victoria on Tuesday, March 18. At this meeting, Afton Park Development shared concept plans for the site.

• In April, Afton Park Development submitted an application for city review of a conditional use permit for increase in building height to 73 feet (55 feet allowed). View the application here.
