Construction Restarts at Linwood Park
As of April 2026, construction has started up again for the site improvements at Linwood Recreation Center.
The contractor has started the grading, the retaining wall construction, and utility work. The new play equipment will be installed through May and June. All other site work will be completed through June and July, and construction is anticipated to be completed in August. Access to the building and parking areas will remain the same as it was last fall and winter — lower parking area and lower building entrances will be closed, upper parking area and building entrance from St. Clair will be open.
