Summit Hill Association (SHA)
The Summit Hill neighborhood is represented by the Summit Hill Association (SHA) – District 16 Planning Council whose mission is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through a wide range of community projects and programs. SHA is a Minnesota non-profit 501.c.3 organization corporation that is governed by an all-volunteer board of directors. Click here to learn more about St. Paul District Councils. Summit Hill /District 16 is bounded by Summit Avenue on the North, Ramsey St. on the East, Interstate 35E on the South and Ayd Mill Road on the West. The Summit Hill Association represents all those who live, own property or own a business in District 16. We encourage all renters to be actively involved in the neighborhood association in order to ensure that the unique concerns of renters are fully represented in the planning and implementation of neighborhood projects and funding priorities.
