2018 Summit Hill House Tour ...
How can I purchase and pick up my house tour tickets?
Where do I park?
There are many areas to park throughout the residential areas of the neighborhood and on Grand Avenue. There is also a paid lot on the corner of Grand and Victoria avenues, with the entrance on Victoria. Several areas within the neighborhood are permit-parking only, and we caution you to watch for those areas to avoid being ticketed.
Other information about parking in St. Paul can be found at:
How does the tour work?
The tour is designed to be a self-guided tour, using the house tour brochure/ticket and the map inside as a guide book. You can start at any home after you pick up your ticket.
How do I get around the tour?
Tour-goers can bike, walk, drive or take the free shuttle-bus service, which runs at 10-15 minute intervals along the route. The shuttle bus route will be posted on the website, in the brochure/ticket, and at each bus stop.
Do I need to take my shoes off in each home?
In order to protect the floors of the houses on the tour, shoe booties will be provided to cover your shoes. We suggest you wear shoes that are comfortable and that can have booties easily put over them.
Will I be able to take photos?
Please ask the tour guides at each house if the homeowner is allowing photos.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Where can I find you on social media?
Learn more about the Summit Hill House Tour on Facebook. Check back frequently as there will be lots of great updates.
Where are the restrooms?
The map in the ticket/brochure will show rest areas at Summit and Victoria (William Mitchell Law School).
Where can I find a map?
A map will be supplied in the ticket/brochure and at ticket pick up.
