Zoning and Land Use Committee Class N Liquor License, Red Rabbit; Residential Permit Parking Changes

The Summit Hill Association (SHA) provides notice of this meeting so that you have the opportunity to attend or comment on the following matter:

Red Rabbit Restaurant, 788 Grand Avenue  Class N Liquor License Liquor On Sale 101-180 Seats, Sunday, and Outdoor Service Area (Patio)

New owners have purchased the former Wild Onion space and propose to open a new restaurant in that space called Red Rabbit. At this meeting, they will present their plans for the new venture and take questions from neighbors.  The Summit Hill Association will be providing a recommendation to the City of St. Paul on the license application prior to the March 30 due date. 

In addition, the City of St. Paul has conducted a study and is making recommendations for changes to its Residential Permit Parking Program.  Elizabeth Stiffler, Department of Public Works, Traffic Engineering and a lead on this project, will be at the meeting to discuss the study and recommendations and to take questions.  To read the the City's report, click here.

The SHA Zoning and Land Use Committee will review and make neighborhood recommendations to the SHA Board  for a vote regarding these issues.  You  are invited to attend the meeting or write comments and sent to SHA at the above address or by email to info@summithillassociation.org or call 651-222-1222.    Comments are due by 5:00 pm the day prior to the meeting to ensure review by committee members.
