Zoning and Land Use Committee
Committee Goal:
Reviews applications and makes recommendations to the City of St. Paul for zoning-related matters in District 16, and citywide as necessary, including: site plan applications for residential and commercial development; requests for building and zoning variances and for licensing permits.
Meeting Location:
Meetings are held on an as need basis when applications are referred to SHA from the city and are usually on Thursdays at 7 p.m., at the Linwood Community Center.
