Zoning and Land Use Committee

Committee Goal:

The Summit Hill Association Zoning and Land Use Committee (ZLU) provides an opportunity for Summit Hill residents to both learn about and have a significant impact on residential and commercial development as well as requests for building and zoning variances. Recommendations from the ZLU are directed to the City of St Paul where they are given serious consideration. The ZLU Committee meets as needed throughout the year.

Meeting Location:

Meetings are held on an as need basis when applications are referred to SHA from the city and are usually on Thursdays at 7 p.m., at the Linwood Community Center.
