SHA’s Board of Directors and Committees
The Summit Hill Association/District 16 Planning Council offers Summit Hill Neighborhood residents a variety of opportunities to participate in community activites. We have a 21-member Board of Directors which elects a third of its members every year. Any Summit Hill Neighborhood resident (home owner or renter), anyone who owns real property in the neighborhood, or any a business owner or designated representative of a business located in the neighborhood, is a member of our association and as such may run for a seat on the SHA Board of Directors. Click here to see a listing of the current SHA Board of Directors.
The SHA also consists of several committees, whose members are both board members and people from the community. The committees are: Communications and Outreach, Development, Environment, Pedestrian Safety & Traffic Calming, Parking, and Zoning and Land Use. For more information on any or all of these committees, please click on the links at top of page or call the SHA office at 222-1222.
Monthly Neighborhood Issue Meetings With the Board of Directors
Meetings held the second Thursday of each month at the Linwood Community Center, 860 St. Clair Ave., in the meeting room. For a listing of past minutes from 2004 to-date, click here.
