Living At Home Block Nurse Program – Serving Summit Hill Neighborhood

As the Summit Hill Living at Home Block Nurse Program (LHBNP) discontinued in 2010, Summit Hill residents interested in getting LHBNP information and assistance with the following services, should at this time contact Macalester Groveland – Senior Program LHBNP at (651) 696-6882 or by email at mgs@macalester.edu

Meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 a.m.. A complete workout for older adults including moderate aerobics, strengthening and flexibility. Cost is $40 for 16 sessions. Call the center for more information.

United Leisure Age Center

Meets Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. Morning activities include cards, sewing, painting, and conversation. At noon a hot lunch is served at the cost of $3. Transportation can be arranged. For more information call the “Summit Hill Living At Home Block Nurse Program.”
