Compost Site Hours

You may drop off leaves, grass clippings, flowers, pine needles, dead garden plants and weeds (i.e. any soft bodied plant material) at the Ramsey County Compost Site located on Pleasant Avenue, just south of St. Clair Avenue and adjacent to the Pleasant Avenue Ice Arena. You may also pick up free compost and wood chips as they are available. The site usually opens in April and closes in November depending on weather conditions.
