Zoning and Land Use Committee

Committee Goal: |
Review plans for residential and commercial development and requests for building and zoning variances; review parking issues in the neighborhood. Due to the technical nature of codes and ordinances, voting on the committee is usually limited to board members serving their second year on the committee.
|
|

Meeting Location: |
Meetings are held on an as need basis when requests are referred from the city and are usually on Thursdays at 7 p.m., at the Linwood Community Center.
